Install and use Kong with Kubernetes.

I installed Kong in Kubernetes cluster, configured API mappings. It worked for few days until it got wiped out. Any idea why it is happening. How do I ensure that my configuration is not lost?
@King_A are you using Kong Ingress Controller? Or Kong without the Ingress Controller?
