We are currently looking for possibilities to set up a multi zone/region kong cluster.
We want to have one kong cluster is AWS and another on-premises. But we want to use Vitals fetaure only from AWS.
Can someone provide some insight about how vital/analytics information of on-premises cluster can be shared with Kong cluster in AWS. We don’t want to set up a distributed database because of organization security requirements.
We are rather planning to have separte postgreSQL databases for each kong cluster, but we want to have a single Developer portal, Vitals API etc.
I already took a look at creating workspaces https://docs.konghq.com/enterprise/0.35-x/getting-started/add-workspace/
But the questions like how the vital information can be shared and using which protocols etc are not mentioned in the documentation.
It would be great help if someone can share some insights or point me at the right documentation.
