Upgrade lua-resty-worker-events on Kong 12.3

Hi,
Can I upgrade the “lua-resty-worker-events” dependency to version 0.3.3 (instead of 0.3.1) safely in Kong 12.3?

Sorry for the late reply.

A better option might at this point is to upgrade your Kong to 0.14.0 which uses 0.3.3 of lua-resty-worker-events

@hutchic is right, especially the last change, 0.3.2 to 0.3.3 I would not trust with the older code base
