Insomnia and Kong account support?

Is there any support for Insomnia accounts? We have lost our admin user and no longer have any way to invite or remove users. Kong and Insomnia support emails are getting zero response (I do know they are opening the emails and reading them).

At this point, we’re just trying to find out how we can regain access or even cancel the subscription to re-create one we can control. The data within is less important than just have access.

It would be great to even have a response that there’s nothing they can do. At least then, I’d know an answer.

It is annoying. We are trying to get support because we upgraded to a paid plan, and the team owner can’t access it. But it seems that Insomnia support is abandoned. We’ve tried insomnia/kong support email, Slack channel, even I sent a tweet…
