Managing Kong logs with Elastic/FileBeat

We use FileBeat to send our Kong logs to Elastic, but in a very rudimentary way; just as “flat” data, which means when viewing the log data in Kibana, each log file entry is a single field. I’m yet not very savvy about ELK (trying to learn more), but wondering if anyone has use techniques like the built-in NGINX “module” with FileBeat to perhaps parse out the Kong log data in a more readily usable form once its in Elastic.

Not yet, and as other higher priority topics came up, unfortunately this dropped off the radar. May be able to resurrect it eventually.
