Kong version upgrade issue in cassandra

Hi,

When i upgrade kong version 0.13.0 to 0.14.1 facing issues in cassandra error. how to fix this issues.

/usr/local/share/lua/5.1/kong/cmd/start.lua:28: [cassandra error] could not retrieve current migrations: [cassandra error] all hosts tried for query failed. 127.0.0.1: host seems unhealthy, considering it down (connection refused)

Need more details. Your kong config and Cassandra version info would be helpful.

Could you netstat and check if cassandra is listening to 9042 port?
