Is Correlation ID guaranteed to be unique in scaled environment

Hello,

We are using correlation id plugin & wondering when in scaled environment how Kong will ensure that every correlation id generated will be unique irrespective which instance it is generated on.

The ID generated is based on UUIDs, and it is very unlikely that there can be duplicates.
