Insomnia 13 is live. The primary focus of this release is eliminating configuration drift between your API gateway (source of truth) and your local testing environment.
The TL;DR on what’s new:

Native Kong Konnect Integration: You can now pull live routes, endpoints, and configurations directly from Konnect into Insomnia. This eliminates manual spec exports/imports and ensures you aren’t testing against stale or deprecated endpoints.

Overhauled UI & Onboarding: The navigation and first-request workflows have been redesigned to reduce workspace clutter and make getting started faster for new team members.

Custom Linting for Cloud Projects: API style guides are now enforced automatically across all project types, including Cloud projects. Design errors get flagged in the UI before they hit code review.

In Case You Missed It (v12.6): Workspaces now use a native Git-friendly file format. You can edit configurations directly via the command line, and Insomnia reflects the changes instantly without manual syncs.
