How to register api spec through kong manager workspace

i’m new to Kong Enterprise.

how to register an api spec through kong entriprise manager url(https://manager-xxxxxxff3783.kong-cloud.com/)

Can we get a step-by-step procedure of above scenario till api spec is updated into dev portal catalog, perhaps with an example.

Well i have managed to add my spec/specs as a json file directly from editor panel of devPortal section

That token is an RBAC token generated/added from profile of our kong account
