API hosted over KONG api gateway frequently giving no response

Hi team,

We have observed that the kong that we hosted over kubernetes sometime gives the response while many time fails to give result. We are using kong free version. If this is due to the free version, please suggest steps for implementing enterprise version of kong api gateway. If not then suggest the steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

Can you provide additional details on what response failure you’re seeing? Without specifics it’s hard to hypothesize the cause.

In general, that’s not a free versus Enterprise issue though. The differences between those are the features supported. The free version doesn’t apply any sort of request rate throttling or performance restrictions.
