Using the oauth2 plugin with DB-less mode

I have been experimenting with the DB-less mode and I love it. However, I was disappointed to see that the oauth2 plugin is incompatible with this mode.

Is there any way to use the declarative configuration, but allow Kong to use a database for storing consumers and credentials? Or is there a plan to add support for this?

Hi there,

I don’t want to come across as impatient, but I was hoping someone could take a look at my question and tell me what our options are for combining OAuth 2 authentication with declarative configuration.

If this is impossible, are there any other options than buying the Enterprise edition to use the oauth2-introspection plugin or forgetting about the declarative configuration?

Thanks in advance!
