I want to find detailed limits explanation for free tier of Kong Cloud (SaaS):

For example it is specified 2m requests per month.
Is there a queries per second limit?
Can not find this info in docs section on Kong website
Is there any information about limits?
Can anyone clarify or point to right direction?
