I deployed Kong (1.0) in kubernetes, everything is good,
but one day, when I restart Kong ingress-controller, it cannot start anymore.
the logs show:

The error shows that Kong cannot talk to the Postgres database.
Please ensure your Postgres Database is up and running inside your k8s cluster.
