I am trying to create an image to include custom plugin with Enterprise version. Does anyone know which image should I use to create a kong custom image ?
I tried using alpine, but its missing Kong Manager. I wanted all the enterprise capabilities.
Found the answer, we should use image from
kong/kong-gateway
and not from
kong

Yes, if you are using their base image and adding just plugins and configurations- it will still be supported. But any custom plugins are managed and maintained by you and it’s in your ownership.
Check with their support team on the base image, there are some changes in how you can access them I guess.
