Internal/external traffic split in kong ingress controller with Gateway API

What I’ve done:
I have deploy Kong/ingress chart with gateway and gatewayclass by following this doc in GKE.
install KIC doc
i have some internal and exteranal workloads.

Question
how can i split traffic among those workloads?
