I have read the Terms and I have a question on the ”Trademarks”, and I don’t know this is the right place to ask this question. If no, please let me know where to ask this…
In the policy, it says “Kong Inc.’s name, trademarks, logos, and all other Kong Inc. product names, service names, or slogans included in the Service are property of Kong Inc. and may not be copied, imitated, or used (in whole or in part) without Kong Inc.’s express prior written consent in each instance.”
I would like to know how to get Kong Inc.’s express prior written consent.
Does it mean just using Kong Enterprise or Cloud? or some other ways to get “Kong Inc.’s express prior written consent”?
I would really appreciate if someone can answer it.
