How to do mTLS without Enterprise Plugin?

Does anyone have ideas to support mTLS without using Enterprise Plugin?
In docker or k8s.

You can perform upstream mTLS with Open-Source Kong.
For mTLS between the client and Kong, you need the Enterprise version.
