Finding Kong API Gateway Developers & Expert

I am new to Kong API Gateway, I want to setup and configure Kong API gateway to work in a specific target scenario but having issues finding someone technically experienced with Kong setup and integration.

Any recommendations where to find developers and freelancers with practical experience in Kong API gateway.
