Is it just me, or does the rate-limiting plugin not work unless you have the key-auth plugin also installed? Just spent an hour or so fiddling with the routes & services, could not get rate-limiting to work.
Can you share your rate limiting plugin config? And can you detail what you mean by “not work” - what are you expecting, and what are you getting?
I think I’ll just chalk this one up to user error. 
I removed the key-auth plugin and rate limiting still working as expected. I had a couple issues at first establishing Services and Routes, but a little experimentation helped clear things up.
