Json based configuration to register routes and services in Kong

Found the answer. This is already solved by

Kong configuration from a file

I am aware of Kong Admin APIs where we can create new Service/Route etc. So the whole configuration is based on Admin APIs. Is there a way to load this configuration (create service, user, route etc…) from a file?
