Is api entity deprecated?
Is it replaced with service and route entities in v0.13.0?
Notice it in rate-limiting plug-in docs page, but not in other plug-in page.
Yes, we are moving to better separation of concerns, and api is splitted to route and service. The 0.13.0 still comes with api entity as well, but it is deprecated.
