If a user has 1 apikey and shared it with 2 friends, can i set a limit for that key to max 3 active keys on the same apikey?

Do anyone know if you can set a limit to a apikey?

If a user has 1 apikey and shared it with 2 friends, can i set a limit for that key to max 3 active keys on the same apikey?

What do you mean by max 3 active keys on the same apikey? Do you mean 3 HTTP requests?

Let say 1 consumer get a apikey to access a service.
but the consumer decide to share his apikey to some friends.
Can i make that apikey only can be active 1 place at the time.
