I understand

UNHEALTH and HEALTH cannot be set if both active and passive HEALTH checks are turned off.

If I turn on active checkup and turn off passive checkup, the check state cannot be set to UNHEALTH.

But now that I’ve turned on active health checks and turned off passive health checks, the detection status can still be set to UNHEALTH.

I don’t know if I understand that right,
If not, can you tell me why?
Or what is the right one
Thank you very much
