I want all calls for a service to be sent to a particular runtime, how can I do this. When I create a Service there seems to be no way connecting a service to a particular runtime, are runtimes a homogeneous group of proxies, with a common configuration and are expected to have a common set of upstream services?

That’s correct. Currently all runtimes are a homogeneous group of proxies with a common configuration. Stay tuned… really soon for an update from us on supporting more configurations.
