Enterprise Edition Limitations

Hi,

I’m struggling to find what exactly the EE license allows.
For example it mentions we get 5 admin seats.

But can we deploy an arbitrary number of Enterprise Edition server instances? (e.g. QA, stage, pre-prod, prod environments)
How are those 5 seats distributed across those multiple environments?

Or do we need a license per environment?
