# Docker 0.14.1 PATCH plugin fails

Hi,

I installed a vanilla docker kong 0.14.1 on my local mac.

Created an API and added a key-auth plugin.  
When I try to change plugin, the PATCH request fails with a 404

> 172.25.0.1 - - [16/Jun/2019:13:23:53 +0000] “PATCH /sys/admin/plugins/ccbfb5c2-aa0b-41bb-960a-6b8be145c938 HTTP/1.1” 404 58 “-” “-”

Am I missing something?  
Appreciate your help on this.
