# Curl: (52) Empty reply from server Ubuntu curl -i http://localhost:8001/

Hello Friends, install Kong 2.8 on ubuntu 22.04 I followed the instructions from the official site [Install Kong Gateway on Ubuntu - v2.8.x | Kong Docs](https://docs.konghq.com/gateway/2.8.x/install-and-run/ubuntu/)  
I configured it with PostgreSQL, migrations worked perfect  
I start the service with:  
sudo kong start -c /etc/kong/kong.conf … and it says Kong started.  
sudo kong health … says nginx…running.  
Kong is healthy at /usr/local/kong  
but curl -i [http://localhost:8001/](http://localhost:8001/) tells me  
curl: (52) Empty reply from server

Can anybody help me ☹
